Administrator/Bookkeeper

Naramata Centre is a place where people find an inclusive, welcoming space to reconnect in mind, body and spirit. The Centre is seeking an experienced Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. The Centre has seen significant growth over the last three years and needs to expand our financial and administrative capacity to support this continued growth. This position is a full time year round role.

Key areas of responsibilities are:

  • Full cycle of accounting.

  • Receive and pay supplier and contractor invoices.

  • Manage payroll for small staff team and seasonal workforce.

  • Manage all government and regulatory remittances and reporting.

  • Manage all Centre Group bookings including contracting, scheduling and invoicing

  • Support administration of Centre bookings software

  • Provide administrative support to Managing Director & Manager, Programs.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent and five (5) years of related bookkeeping experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite

General Competencies:

  • Self motivated, proactive and trusted with confidential data.

  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evening and weekends.

  • Work well in a team environment.
