Cottages, suites, rooms, and three campgrounds on 17 acres beside Okanagan Lake. Come for a weekend, or settle in for a week.
Cottages, suites, rooms, and three campgrounds.
Every indoor accommodation has kitchen access. Every campground has its own character. The whole property is a short walk from the beach.
Orchard Court
Our most spacious indoor accommodation. Three private bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a full kitchen and a long table to gather around. Built for families, friends as family, and small groups who want one roof and plenty of room.
East Court
Suites with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a front porch made for morning coffee. One and two bedroom options, and the only accommodations where pets are welcome. Open year round.
Cottage Court
Lovingly restored vintage cottages with full retro kitchens, private front doors, and porches that earn their keep. The kind of place where mornings get long on purpose. Open June 26 to September 7, and again from June 2027.
Maple Court
Hotel style rooms with a queen and a twin, a few steps from the beach. Each building shares a kitchen and a gathering space, so a few rooms booked together quietly become a common room of your own. Open year round.
Creekside Campground
Shaded sites tucked beside the creek. Quiet by design, and pet free. Tents, camper vans, and tent trailers, with nothing larger. Fall asleep to running water.
Eastside Campground
Room to spread out, for tents, camper vans, trailers, and RVs up to 33 feet. Power at 15 and 30 amp. Pets welcome. Come for a few nights or settle in for the week.
Southside Campground
Willow lined sites a short walk from Manitou Park and the beach. Trailers and RVs up to 24 feet, 30 amp service, pets welcome, and the only campground in the Village of Naramata.

- Rates are per night, per unit.
- Online bookings are a minimum of two nights. Some booking windows set a longer minimum or a fixed arrival day, and the window you choose will say so.
- One night and same day bookings are available at the front desk, subject to availability.
- These are accommodation rates. Some programs set their own minimum number of nights, and you will find that on the program page.
