Group Bookings

We welcome value-aligned groups to host events at Naramata Centre. We are the only retreat of its kind in the South Okanagan: we have over 40 rooms and can accommodate groups of up to 200 people.

Priority for group bookings will be given organizations that align with our charitable purposes of leadership, education or spirituality.

Our Venues

Columbia Hall

  • Columbia Hall is our largest space and can hold the largest number of guests in a variety of configurations which includes a dining room, lounge & gymnasium.

The Chapel

  • The Chapel is a versatile gathering space that will accommodate medium-sized groups. This beautiful space accommodates renewal and mindfulness.

Creekside Commons

  • This is our covered outdoor venue with an outdoor kitchen featuring a stove, BBQs and three refrigerators. Great gathering space for meals or open air meetings.

Our Accommodations

Orchard Court

  • Orchard Courts are our most flexible and modern accommodation option. Each suite features three private bedrooms which share a spacious open sitting-eating-and kitchen area. Each bedroom has two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom. One of the three bedrooms is barrier-free, with wide entryways and a roll-in shower.

  • Orchard Courts feel like home away from home with a spacious living area, dedicated dining space and a full kitchen. These bright and spacious units feature large windows and relaxing views.

East Court/Maple Courts

  • East Courts offer one and two bedroom suites, with a private bathroom and kitchen. These motel-style units come with welcoming front porches.

  • East Court suites include a sitting room, dining area and a full kitchen with oven, fridge and microwave.

Cottage Courts

  • We have a limited number of one and two bedroom cottages available.

  • Cottages are stocked with basic cooking utensils and appliances, including fridge and toaster oven. Each cottage has a private bathroom. These cozy cottages have been refreshed in 2023.
