Summer Sessions FAQ
July 11 – August 31

Quick answers for a smooth Summer Sessions registration

This FAQ is for Summer Sessions (July 11 – August 31). Most issues come down to three things: (1) adding every person under “People in your group,” (2) adding the correct Session Pass for each guest for each week, and (3) selecting programs for the right people.

Quick fix checklist
  1. Add every guest under People in your group.
  2. Add a Session Pass for each guest for each week (accommodations may be cancelled if passes are not added).
  3. Select programs for the right people (not just the booking contact).
No matches found. Try a different keyword (example: “off-site”, “refund”, “pets”, “check in”).

If someone needs to be added after a reservation is already made, please create a new registration for that person and select Off-site accommodation.

  1. Start a new registration for the same week(s).
  2. Choose Off-site accommodation ($0).
  3. Add the correct Session Pass for that guest (and each week they attend).
  4. Select any registered morning programs for that person (if applicable).
This is the fastest, cleanest fix—and prevents “wrong participant / missing pass” issues.

Add every guest under People in your group so passes and programs attach to the correct person. It also helps us collect key details (like emergency contact and safety info).

Most errors happen when guests enter the number of people for the room, but only type one name to “save time.”

Choose Off-site accommodation (a $0 option), then add a Session Pass for each guest. Off-site guests register the same way for passes and registered programs.

Select your full arrival and departure dates to cover your stay, then add the correct Session Pass for each guest for each week they are attending. If you’re taking registered morning programs, select those week-by-week as well.

Yes. Each guest needs a Session Pass for each week they attend, whether or not they participate in registered morning programs.

  • Adult pass: $275
  • Child & youth pass (ages 5–17): $225
  • Infant & toddler (under 5): $0

Please enter accurate ages—this supports proper placement and planning for Children/Youth programming.

Adults who want a registered morning program select both: Session Pass + Registered Program.

Common mix-ups: selecting programs but forgetting the adult pass, or adding the pass but not choosing programs for the right person.

Please double-check before checkout: every guest is listed, every guest has the correct pass (for each week), and programs are assigned to the intended participants.

If something looks “too easy,” it usually means a step was skipped.

Yes. For Summer Sessions, registrations are only considered complete once Session Passes are added for all guests (and for each week they are attending). If Session Passes are not added, your accommodation may be cancelled.

Before checkout, confirm: (1) everyone is listed under People in your group, (2) each guest has the correct Session Pass for each week, and (3) programs are selected for the right people.

Changes depend on availability and may include a change fee or price difference. Transfers are only possible if approved by Naramata Centre.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to booking@naramatacentresociety.org. Refund/credit timing is based on how far in advance you cancel.

If the Centre must close due to circumstances beyond its control, refunds apply for the closure period. Programs may be cancelled due to low enrolment, with notice given as early as possible.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for wildfire season and unexpected interruptions.
